DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will gladly offer a replacement (if available) or store credit.

To process a return for a defective item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of reciving your order at info@distinctivenulook.coInclude: 
  2. Include: your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
  3.   Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide reutnr instruactions.
  4.   Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached within 7 days of approval.

Please note:

  • shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to wear or misuse.
